I would like to say that we have been using Think FM Solutions for around two years now and we are really happy with the service they provide. Beata is our point of contact and whenever I have a query she deals with it straight away, she is an asset to the company. Think FM were given the cleaning contract at Vista Chelsea Bridge Wharf SW11 after the previous firm provided less than desirable results. They have shown from day one commitment to improving the site cleanliness and with a dedicated contract manager to ensure all jobs are carried out at the highest level expected by our client and residents, we never had to worry about the standard of cleaning expected.
Would recommend for any size site, be it 450 units such as ours or bigger. No job is too small or too complicated for them.
